In-house Coach Training and Support

We deliver cutting-edge progammes designed to train and support your team of in-house coaches. These programmes are for companies and organisations wanting to develop their own coaches, wanting help in developing a coaching culture or simply wanting to add coaching skills to their existing management's skills set.

After the coach training, we offer ongoing support to your coaches via our coach the coach programme and our online coaching and mentoring software, facilitating their continuing development.

Management Change Programmes
