After an initial meeting to find out what your outcomes for the coaching are, we will agree a programme to work with you in the way that best meets your needs. This may include:
- One-to-one meetings with a coach
- Internet and telephone based coaching
- Group coaching for your senior team or a project team
Each of your coaching sessions will be with an experienced Jenkota coach who can work with you on a range of business and personal issues, for example: Confidence, Motivation, Leadership, Presentation Skills and Interpersonal Skills.
