James is a successful entrepreneur, dynamic trainer and public speaker and a highly skilled coach and mentor. After a successful career in software, setting up his own business while still in his teens and creating one of the most advanced point of sale packages embraced by leading companies such as IBM, Pizza Hut and the Body Shop, James went on to apply that same expertise to the study of the human mind and how we each programme ourselves. 

Having dedicated more than a decade of his life to studying the powers of the conscious and unconscious mind, James created his own instinctual and inspired coaching method for business leaders, corporate teams, celebrities and high-achieving individuals. He is an NLP Business Master Practitioner Trainer who has studied extensively with Richard Bandler (co-developer of NLP) and other leading trainers around the world. 

His particular expertise is in business start-ups, supporting entrepreneurs and senior managers to get the results that they want. He has developed a reputation as an exceptional coach and trainer, showing the same flair and dedication for which he developed a name within the software world.

With over 12 years of experience in management consultancy, managing change projects both large and small in the private and public sector, Lucinda has a passion for training and coaching to develop the potential of individuals and teams and improve productivity. 

Lucinda is the Project Manager for any consultancy projects that we undertake and is also a qualified business coach and Business Master Practitioner and trainer of NLP.

 Erik Brown is a professional communicator: a writer, coach and trainer.

 He is an award-winning journalist and hasbeen Managing Director of a magazine  publishing company for 23 years. He helps clients with all aspects of communication  from dealing with the press and email etiquette to writing winning pitch documents and  selling with integrity. He has written for clients including J Sainsbury, The Walt Disney  Company and BAA. He has run courses for many companies including Interpublic Group,  Land Securities and West Deutsche Landesbank. 

David Lewis is a UKCP registered Psychotherapist in private practice who uses NLP and Hypnosis extensively in his work. He specialises in short-term therapy (six sessions being the norm) with a focus on clients who are under-performing and not achieving their full potential in life. David is a Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and the Society for Existential Analysis.
